Real Estate Receptionist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin/HR professional to join our team in Dubai. This role will focus on administration, HR operations, and compliance while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our real estate business. The ideal candidate must have experience in UAE real estate and a solid understanding of HR policies and office management.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Real Estate Support

✅ Handle daily administrative tasks, including calls, emails, and property inquiries.

✅ Prepare, review, and organize property documents, contracts, and leases while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

✅ Manage and update property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.

✅ Coordinate property viewings, meetings, and appointments with agents, clients, and property owners.

✅ Maintain office supplies, equipment, and workspace organization.

HR & Compliance

✅ Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.

✅ Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.

✅ Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.

✅ Assist with payroll coordination, leave tracking, and employee benefits management.

Qualifications & Requirements

🔹 Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in an Admin/HR role within a UAE real estate company.

🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).

🔹 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.

🔹 Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with RERA regulations, Trakheesi system, and property listing platforms.

🔹 Communication: Excellent English skills (Arabic is a plus).

🔹 Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

🔹 HR Compliance: Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
