Corporate Receptionist [Azizi Developments]

Azizi Developments is seeking a highly professional Receptionist to manage the front desk operations at our main Dubai headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for high-net-worth property investors and VIP guests.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet all incoming clients, verify their appointments, and direct them to the correct sales agents or meeting rooms.
• Operate the central PABX switchboard, answering and routing all incoming property inquiries professionally.
• Manage the Outlook calendar for the executive boardrooms to prevent any double-bookings during important sales pitches.
• Receive, log, and distribute all legal documents, trade licenses, and daily courier packages to the correct departments.

Mandatory Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with exceptional English communication skills (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Experience: At least 2 years of front office experience in real estate, banking, or luxury hotels in Dubai.
• Papers: Must hold a valid transferable visa and be ready to pass a live switchboard test.
