ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a polished, professional, and highly organized Receptionist with experience in the real estate or property development sector. You will serve as the face of our organization, managing front-desk operations, supporting the team, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients, investors, and visitors.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

◆ Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front-desk experience

◆ Prior exposure to real estate, property development, or construction

◆ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

◆ Arabic language skills are a strong advantage

◆ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

◆ Experience handling multi-line phone systems and scheduling

◆ Ability to manage visitor coordination and meeting room bookings

◆ Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

◆ Familiarity with CRM or property management systems is a plus
