IT System Administrator & Project Coordinator – Immediate joining

We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator / IT Project Coordinator to join our IT Department in a limited contract role.

In this role, you will

• Manage daily IT operations including Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, networking, and security
• Support the IT Manager in coordinating infrastructure projects, rollouts, and renovations
• Maintain documentation, trackers, minutes of meeting, and project plans
• Work with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

What you bring

• 5 or more years in IT systems administration and infrastructure support
• Strong project coordination skills using tools such as Jira, Zoho, or MS Project, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Deep knowledge of System admin, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Experience with Cisco or Meraki, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, and MS office
• Backup, disaster recovery, and security management
• Ability to document clearly and communicate across technical and non-technical teams

Contract Type: Limited Contract

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
