Human Resources Coordinator (IMMEDIATE JOINER)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will support daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. This role requires good organizational skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities
• Handle visa processing and employee onboarding procedures
• Support payroll processing and maintain accurate records
• Maintain and organize employee documentation
• Assist in trade license and company document management
• Support employee relations by addressing basic queries and concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or similar HR support role
• Good understanding of HR processes and administrative tasks
• Familiarity with HR systems and databases
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
