USI Global Recruitment is looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Sales Executive to join our Dubai branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen suitable candidates for international recruitment projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates .
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate recruitment processes from sourcing to placement.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, recruitment sales, or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE with a valid right to work.
• No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,500 per month (depending on experience)
