Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and highly motivated Sales Executive to drivenew business opportunities across the region, GCC and international markets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong local market knowledge, excellent communication skills,and the ability to confidently engage with senior decision-makers across luxury retail,hospitality, corporate, events, beauty, jewellery, fashion, and gifting sectors.

This role requires a strategic, top-down sales approach, targeting key stakeholders anddecision-makers within organisations while building long-term client relationships thatgenerate sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across targetedindustries.
• Implement a top-down sales strategy, engaging directly with business owners,directors, procurement teams, marketing departments, and senior decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations withconfidence and professionalism.
• Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and business developmentmeetings to expand market presence.
• Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and marketopportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience within Dubai and local market.
• Strong local business network.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident, articulate, and professional when presenting to clients.
• Highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Driving license preferred.
