With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues.

Where you will be responsible for maintaining restaurant standards and for leading, supervising, and motivating colleagues to deliver service of the highest professional quality, with meticulous attention to detail and in accordance with the standard operating procedures set by the Restaurant Manager.

Key Duties and

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional service standards by ensuring all food and beverage orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and in accordance with the resort’s SOPs. Lead, supervise, and monitor colleagues, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring all assigned duties are completed to the required standard.
• Ensure the restaurant environment is well-presented, clean, safe, and aligned with the resort’s image, including equipment layout, hygiene standards, and overall ambiance.
• Provide genuine hospitality, greeting guests professionally, anticipating their needs, addressing concerns or complaints, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge of all food and beverage items offered at the resort, and communicate confidently with guests and team members.
• Uphold the highest standards of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene, consistently reflecting the resort’s brand expectations.
• Maintain effective communication, ensuring smooth coordination within the team and between departments, including updating diaries, reporting incidents, and sharing guest preferences.
• Follow all health, safety, sustainability, and emergency procedures, and report any hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors to ensure a safe working environment.
• Suitable candidate must be highly qualified and must have minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant in a similar capacity.
• He/she must have a strong attention to details, flexibility, creativity and must be able to work under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
