Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Restaurant Supervisors with a proven background in luxury hospitality and premium dining environments. The successful candidates will play a key role in leading front-of-house operations, supporting service teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the service team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure all food and beverage service is carried out in accordance with company and brand standards.
• Assist with daily briefings, team training, and performance coaching to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards throughout the restaurant.
• Build strong relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure efficient service and smooth operations.
• Support the achievement of sales targets through effective upselling and menu knowledge.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with confidence and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene procedures, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or a similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and restaurant operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop service teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and attention to detail.
• Professional grooming and presentation.

Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
