As a Brand Activation Agent, you will be responsible for creating memorable brand experiences, engaging directly with consumers, and driving product awareness and sales at various activation sites such as malls, events, and high-traffic locations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a professional, engaging, and high-energy manner
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate consumers on key benefits
• Create memorable interactions that enhance brand awareness and loyalty
• Collect and report on customer feedback and engagement metrics
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of activation events

Desired Experience & Qualification

What We’re Looking For

• Matric / NQF 4 equivalent
• Previous experience in promotions, brand activations, retail sales, or customer engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers proactively
• Strong sales ability and comfort working with targets
• High levels of energy and the ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public events
• Reliable transport
• Persal experience advantageous
