Site Liaison Officer

We are looking for a professional and approachable Site Liaison Officer to join our team. In this role, you will act as the link between the site management team, contractors, clients and external stakeholders, helping to ensure effective communication and the smooth day-to-day operation of the project.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Duties Acting as the main point of contact between the site team and external stakeholders. Communicating project updates, site activities and key information to relevant parties. Responding to enquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, local residents and other stakeholders.

Assisting the site management team with stakeholder communications and engagement activities. Coordinating site visits, meetings and appointments where required. Maintaining accurate records of communications, enquiries and actions taken. Reporting any issues or concerns to the site management team. Promoting a positive image of the project and organisation at all times.

Ensuring all communications are carried out in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK. Previous experience in a liaison, customer service or stakeholder engagement role (construction experience preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, professional and approachable.
