Job Summary

We are seeking a highly efficient, process-driven Operations Manager to oversee our 3PL warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse functions—including inbound receipt, high-density storage, inventory control, kitting/value-added services (VAS), and outbound dispatch.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of optimizing warehouse space, leading floor teams, and ensuring strict adherence to client KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring maximum throughput, accurate order fulfillment, and optimal space utilization across our facility.

Client SLA Management: Act as the operational point of contact for 3PL clients, ensuring their specific storage, handling, and shipping requirements are met with 100% accuracy.

Inventory & WMS Control: Maintain inventory integrity using WMS. Lead routine cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and space optimization audits.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse supervisors, picking/packing staff, and labor. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and speed.

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in cargo handling, loading/unloading, or packaging, and implement lean workflows to cut operational costs.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid, hands-on experience managing operations strictly within a 3PL or contract logistics environment.

Technical Skills

Proficient with professional Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.

Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai logistics hubs, customs procedures, and local transport/courier networks.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent crisis-management skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with corporate clients.

Salary between 12k-15k plus other benefits
