The Supply Chain and Procurement Department is responsible for developing and executing the organisation’s supply chain strategy to ensure the secure, efficient, and cost-effective flow of goods, services, and information across the business.
The function serves as a key enabler of operational performance, business growth, and value creation by ensuring that the right products and services are available at the right time, quality, cost, and location.
The department provides leadership and oversight across strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier relationship and performance management, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and trade compliance.
It is accountable for building resilient supply networks, managing commercial and operational risks, maintaining supply continuity, and driving sustainable cost optimisation while ensuring compliance with internal governance requirements and applicable regulations.
Working closely with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Legal, and Senior business stakeholders, the function leverages market intelligence, supplier partnerships, and data-driven decision-making to enhance competitiveness, improve service levels, optimise working capital, and strengthen organisational resilience.
Through effective planning, collaboration, and execution, the Supply Chain and Procurement Department plays a critical role in enabling business objectives, supporting operational excellence, and delivering long-term value to the organisation and its stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for analysing logistics operations, optimising supply chain processes, and ensuring the timely, cost-effective delivery of goods. The role holder will work cross-functionally with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to drive efficiency and resolve logistics challenges.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on logistics or supply chain experience, strong data skills, and a solution-focused mindset.
