Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new properties for sale and leasing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners
• Manage an active portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property valuations and listing presentations
• Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and professionally marketed
• Coordinate with internal sales and leasing teams to maximise exposure and conversions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and property documentation
• Achieve monthly KPIs and portfolio acquisition targets
• Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
• Represent ANWA Properties professionally at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in portfolio management, leasing, or sales
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred
• RERA certification is an advantage
