HR & Talent Acquisition Manager

We're Hiring: HR Manager – Talent Acquisition | DIFC, Dubai

This role is for a career-driven professional with a strong track record — someone who sets a high bar, thrives in a fast-moving, high-standards environment, and enjoys building relationships as much as filling roles. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll own the recruitment function end-to-end with real autonomy and visibility across the firm.

What you'll do

• Strategic workforce planning
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across legal, support and operational roles — from intake briefing to offer
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, networking and proactive outreach
• Sourcing and headhunting: leverage professional networks and headhunting strategies across the primary UAE job boards
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Strengthen our employer brand across LinkedIn and other channels
• Track and report on hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health)
• Support onboarding and contribute to wider HR and people initiatives

What we're looking for

• An exceptional, career-driven professional with a strong background in recruitment, ideally within legal or professional services
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including senior and specialist roles
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations across both DIFC and the UAE mainland
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related discipline

Package: AED 15,000/month + benefits + incentives, based in our DIFC office.
