Additionally the business focuses on E commerce, hardware and software solutions and services to the B2B and Enterprise clients.

The company is now looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Head for its expanding needs to cater to the whole MENA regional market for senior management recruitment. The company looking for a senior professional who can Manage Recruitment and Talent Acquisition as a function for the whole group.

The role requires you to be an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in managing the Talent Acquisition requirements of a large corporate. Experience is required in managing Permanent Staffing and Hiring. Recruitment using Agencies and Partners, Implementing Assessment Tools and Testing. Middle East Experience is essential.

Qualified HR Professionals with 15 to 20 years of experience in the relevant role in the IT IndustryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSenior Management experience.

Corporate experience in a similar role is essential. Recruitment Agency experience without corporate experience will not be considered.
