Radiant Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and oversee large-scale IT project implementations. This role is ideal for a seasoned project management professional with expertise in technology deployments, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and project governance.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage complex IT and technology implementation projects from planning through execution and closeout.

✔ Establish project goals, strategies, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans.

✔ Lead system implementation and integration efforts involving multiple stakeholders and external partners.

✔ Oversee consultant contracts, vendor performance, and interagency agreements.

✔ Drive project communications, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

✔ Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and compliance requirements.

✔ Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle.

✔ Facilitate issue resolution, manage scope changes, and ensure successful project completion.

Required Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

✅ 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management or related disciplines.

✅ Proven experience managing technology implementation projects.

✅ Strong background in stakeholder management, presentations, facilitation, and negotiations.

✅ Experience with contract administration, vendor management, procurement, and implementation oversight.

✅ Expertise in project management methodologies, governance, and best practices.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ PMP or other Project Management Certification.

⭐ Experience in transit, transportation, public sector, or government environments.

⭐ Knowledge of customer information systems, service technologies, and operational systems.

⭐ Familiarity with public agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
