Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: Greater Pittsburgh Area (Local Candidates Only)

Zer04 Consulting is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Technical Project Manager to support a range of high-impact technology initiatives. This role is responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects and ensuring successful delivery from planning through execution.

This is an opportunity for a project manager who is comfortable operating at the intersection of technology and business, with the ability to keep teams aligned, communicate clearly, and drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting
• Facilitate project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders
• Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business needs
• Gather and document requirements, and support testing and validation activities
• Identify risks and issues early, and drive resolution
• Manage project budgets and communicate variances as needed
• Coordinate priorities across teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on project management experience in IT environments
• Experience delivering projects in technology-driven or regulated industries
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward
