Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Locations: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Technical Project Specialist to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale projects within regulated environments. The role requires strong expertise in project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile) and the ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle in compliance-driven domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex technical and network programs
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk in alignment with business objectives
• Apply PMBOK and Agile methodologies to drive successful project outcomes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across engineering, network, security, and operations
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including internal and external parties
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance frameworks
• Monitor project performance and provide status reporting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Technical Project Specialist
• Demonstrated success delivering complex projects in regulated environments
• Strong working knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-impact programs
• Education & Certifications (Preferred):
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Business, or related field
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master (preferred)
