Since our beginning in 2018, we've reached over 150,000 attendees, hosted over a thousand speakers, and produced conferences in more than 20 major U.S. cities–and counting.
We take a unique, cross-disciplinary approach, convening leaders in CSR, HR, marketing, and communications, as well as civic leaders, authors, and journalists, to share business strategies that benefit workers, customers, and communities. We also publish reporting and opinion pieces by a network of notable journalists, led by the company's editor in chief, veteran journalist Stephen Koepp.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to help us build the next generation of digital products that power our conference and media business. You'll work directly with the founder and a team of developers to scope, plan, and ship tools that range from AI-driven registration analysis to public-facing digital experiences.
You'll be launching products: defining requirements, running sprints, writing specs, and making sure what we ship actually solves the problem it was meant to solve. You'll also support a globally distributed team as an all-purpose resource for technical integrations, software evaluation, and implementation.
The ideal candidate is organized, technically curious, and comfortable translating ambiguity into actionable plans.
