Project Manager

The Delivery Lead – Digital Enablement is accountable for the successful end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise digital enablement initiatives. The role provides clear delivery ownership while embedding strong requirement clarification and business enablement capability throughout implementation and rollout phases.

This role spans multiple concurrent digital initiatives, including governance‑focused and implementation‑heavy programs. It works closely with business leaders, vendors, and technology teams to ensure initiatives progress from intent to implemented, adoptable outcomes that are ready for transition to business‑as‑usual (BAU).

On a day‑to‑day basis, the role partners closely with the relevant Business Lead(s) for each initiative.

Key Accountabilities

• Accountable for end‑to‑end delivery outcomes across assigned digital enablement initiatives
• Acts as the single point of accountability for delivery planning, execution, coordination, and control
• Ensures initiatives progress from strategic intent to implemented solutions that are ready for adoption and BAU transition

Core Responsibilities

• Delivery Management
• Own delivery planning, sequencing, cadence, and progress tracking
• Establish and maintain delivery governance artefacts, including:
• Risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
• Actions, decisions, meeting minutes, and status reporting
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalation paths
• Coordinate delivery across vendors, subject matter experts, working groups, and platform teams
• Maintain delivery momentum across multiple initiatives with competing prioritiesDigital Enablement & Business Analysis (Embedded)
• Translate business and enterprise objectives into delivery‑ready requirements
• Clarify scope, requirements, and intent during implementation, resolving ambiguity as needed
• Define and refine acceptance criteria to support delivery, testing, and rollout
• Identify integration, operating model, and support implications early in the delivery lifecycle
• Work pragmatically across delivery and analysis activities to unblock progressReadiness, Adoption, and Transition
• Drive delivery readiness for rollout and adoption across impacted areas
• Support acceptance and validation activities
• Coordinate and support BAU handover and transition activities

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital initiatives
• Strong background in delivery management (project and/or change delivery)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in environments with evolving requirements
• Experience coordinating vendors, business stakeholders, and technology teams

• Experience delivering enterprise‑wide platforms, standards, or governance initiatives
• Exposure to SaaS or vendor‑led digital implementations
