Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate delivery of our most important strategic programmes — including digital transformation initiatives and our Three-Year Plan.
The Programme Manager sits within Corporate Services and reports to the Director of Corporate Services. The role focuses on leading and coordinating programmes and projects across the organisation, working with Senior Responsible Officers to ensure they are well designed, governed and delivered.

- We are looking for someone who brings proven experience of delivering complex programmes end-to-end, combined with a collaborative, pragmatic approach and a genuine commitment to public service.
- You Will Be Able To Demonstrate:
- Experience delivering programmes and projects across the full lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at senior levels
- Experience of risk, budget and performance management
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrix-managed environment
- A recognised project or programme management qualification (e.g. MSP, APM or equivalent), or demonstrable equivalent experience
