We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Project Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate, enabling them to effectively lead project teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management acumen to drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize strong Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate knowledge to guide technical discussions and decisions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement best practices in project management and delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java SE/EE.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework and Hibernate.
• Proven ability to manage software delivery projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
