Working with Senior Management and reporting to the Branch Manager, the Project Manager will oversee the construction work, and coordinate all segments of the project with the project team.
The Project Manager will assist in the creation and review of the project related documents, cost estimates and schedules to ensure that budgetary and schedule requirements are adhered to and will regularly monitor the entire project for compliance with the stated objectives. The Project Manager performs and coordinates all administrative, technical and professional work related to this project.
The Project Manager will assist in the development of accurate change order estimates with the assistance of the Branch Manager and review in accordance with the Corporation’s standard operating procedures. The Project Manager will also ensure compliance with appropriate guidelines, polices, and approved internal controls.
The Project Manager will have direct contact with the Project Superintendent, Project Foreman, Customer and/or Customer representatives. The Project Manager will be expected to be on-site on a regular basis.
