🚀 Scrum Lead & Project Manager – Case Connect Legal Project & Continuous Delivery Pod

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead & Project Manager to lead the Case Connect legal project while supporting a high-performing Continuous Delivery Pod. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional products involving software solutions, web-based interfaces, and integrated technology platforms.

The ideal candidate will act as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager, providing strong leadership, structure, and accountability while ensuring Agile best practices and delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Project & Delivery Management

• 🎯 Plan, develop, and manage complex project requirements across multiple teams, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• 🔗 Coordinate and manage dependencies across software, platform, integration, and business teams.
• 🗺️ Own and maintain project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, and delivery milestones.
• ⚠️ Proactively identify risks, issues, and impediments; develop mitigation strategies and escalate when required.
• 📊 Provide clear project visibility through reporting, metrics, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• ✅ Drive delivery commitments while maintaining a focus on quality and business value.

🔄 Agile & Scrum Leadership

• 🏆 Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, championing Scrum and Agile best practices.
• 🤝 Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-Ups
• Sprint Reviews
• Retrospectives
• PI Planning (where applicable)
• 📈 Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and delivery discipline.
• ⚖️ Balance Agile delivery methods with structured project governance requirements.
• 🎯 Foster accountability, focus, ownership, and high-performance team culture.

💬 Stakeholder & Communication Management

• 🌐 Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, product management, quality assurance, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• 👥 Build strong relationships and effectively manage communications with senior leaders and technical experts.
• 📝 Translate business objectives into actionable plans that enable successful execution by technical teams.
• 🚦 Drive alignment, prioritization, and decision-making in complex or high-pressure situations.
• 📢 Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

⚙️ Execution & Operational Support

• 🔄 Coordinate internal and external dependencies, including vendors, suppliers, integration partners, and operational teams.
• 🖥️ Support ERP and workflow systems related to project execution, readiness, and operational processes.
• 🧪 Ensure development, integration, testing, and release activities remain aligned and synchronized.
• 🚀 Help maintain delivery momentum and operational excellence across the Continuous Delivery Pod.
• 📌 Perform additional duties as needed to ensure overall project and team success.

💰 Compensation

Salary Range

$90,000 – $110,000 per year
