Product Owner

Location: London (Hybrid)Reports to: Director of Product & PropositionMUST HAVE COMMERCIAL BROKING EXPERIENCE

The Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and continuous improvement of a premium finance proposition. You'll act as the Subject Matter Expert for servicing processes, working closely with business and technology teams to deliver customer-focused product enhancements, improve operational efficiency, and support commercial growth.

You'll gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, support product delivery, manage post-implementation improvements, and ensure customer outcomes remain at the heart of all change.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the servicing product proposition.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Work with change and technology teams to deliver product improvements.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve product issues, mitigating customer risk where required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support successful delivery.
• Skills & Experience
• Experience in a Product Owner or similar product-focused role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of APIs, XML, and JSON.Knowledge of commercial brokers
