Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, and development teams to deliver Capital Markets solutions.
- Analyze large financial datasets using Python, PySpark, and Databricks.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Perform data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation for trading and financial systems.
- Work closely with Data Engineering teams to develop and optimize ETL/data pipelines.
- Create process flows, BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and workflow documentation.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong experience in Capital Markets (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Asset Management, Trading, or Risk Management).
- Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and Databricks.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and financial data validation.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
