5+ years exp as Business Analyst preferrable in Banking/Insurance domain Create formal user stories based on functional and non-functional requirements Proficient in requirement decomposition to epics, features, user stories, Product backlog creation & grooming High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change Work closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.
Initiate and support Agile development of scrum multi-function team Sprint planning, Solution design, Estimation, Impact Assessment Forecasting Data Migration and Build/Development effort by constructing dashboards Use JIRA for end-to-end project and team management process and guide the team to use JIRA for various activities Validating and redrafting test cases for the Testing teams, making sure all scenarios are covered Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training Work closely with User Experience specialists, developers and testers to provide clarification when required Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team Defect tracking, reporting, triaging and retesting.
