Business Analyst - Digital & Transformation x 2We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts (Mid-Level and Senior) to join a dynamic Digital & Transformation team. These roles will play a key part in delivering a wide range of strategic technology and data initiatives that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects including enterprise system implementations, data transformation, integration initiatives, and digital platform improvements. This is not a single-project environment - you will be exposed to multiple workstreams across a complex and evolving digital landscape. You will:

• Work closely with stakeholders across complex digital and transformation initiatives to gather, define, and document requirements
• Facilitate workshops and support end-to-end business analysis activities
• Drive continuous improvement across BA practices, processes, and delivery approaches
• Key Projects You May Work OnData transformation initiatives including data migration, data warehousing, and data governance improvements
• Website rebuilds and digital experience enhancements
• Implementation of an enterprise analytics and business intelligence platform
• Deployment of enterprise systems (e.g. Procurement, CRM, HRIS, ERP)
• Complex integration projects connecting core systems such as CRM, eCommerce, and Point of Sale
• Cross-functional digital transformation programmes Experience You will bring:
• Strong experience in workshop facilitation and requirements gathering
• Ability to lead or support UAT and training activities
• Experience delivering large-scale technology implementations such as ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and complex integrations
• Exposure to data-related initiatives including data migration, data warehousing, and data governance/privacy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to collaborate effectively, take feedback constructively, and influence outcomes
• Comfortable working across both Agile and Waterfall environments
