Pay Range

$40-$44/hr. on W2

This role seeks an experienced accounting professional to lead a shared services GL accounting team. The position involves managing local supervisors and offshore accountants, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and overseeing key accounting processes. You will also drive process improvements and collaborate with various business functions for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor accounting supervisors and offshore teams.
• Oversee global cash and intercompany accounting functions.
• Ensure accurate general ledger reconciliations and financial statement integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline the close process.
• Maintain and enhance internal control environment for SOX compliance.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 7 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX.

Experience in e-commerce or publicly traded technology companies is preferred.
