We are currently hiring a Full-Time Staff Accountant, Revenue / AR in Boston, Massachusetts.
You’ll help ensure Boston Beer’s net revenue and customer accounts receivable balances are accurate, timely, and compliant. You’ll work closely with wholesalers and internal partners to reconcile transactions, analyze balances, and support reliable financial reporting.

What You'll Brew:
Process customer billings and credits for wholesaler transactions, including returns and deposit redemptions.
Reconcile accounts receivable balances and deposit liability accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Partner directly with wholesalers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate customer records.
Support daily cash application and monitor accounts receivable aging to reduce collection risk.
Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management and international partners to ensure accurate invoice pricing and revenue recognition.
Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and close activities.
Support audits, special projects, and process improvements, including workflow enhancements using AI-powered tools.
