What You'll Do As Technical Accountant

• Research and interpret U.S. GAAP guidance for complex accounting transactions
• Prepare technical accounting analyses and supporting memorandums
• Assist with month end, quarter end, and year end close activities
• Support preparation of financial statements and related disclosures
• Analyze new contracts, acquisitions, and business transactions for accounting implications
• Partner with auditors during quarterly and annual audit activities
• Assist with accounting policy development and internal controls
• Support process improvement initiatives and accounting system enhancements
• Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and executive leadership on strategic projects

What You Bring As Technical Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Two to five years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• CPA designation is a plus
• Public accounting experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical accounting concepts

What You Need To Know

• Location: Denver, CO
• Compensation: $70,000–$90,000
• Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday through Friday
• Employment Type: Full time, permanent
• Start Date: ASAP
