Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and monthly maintenance of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering and analyzing financial data.
• Assist with the preparation of tax documents and support external audits as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding account status and billing information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (graduates welcome).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros are a plus).
