Brand Manager

About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering growth across priority brands and projects. You’ll work across the full marketing mix, connecting strategy to execution – from planning and building activity through to delivering, enabling and optimising campaigns in market.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of brand, channel, and innovation work, and wants hands-on exposure across the end-to-end marketing model.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Support the development and delivery of brand plans and campaigns
• Execute channel and activation activity that drives sales and brand growth
• Manage budgets, track ROI, and report on performance
• Deliver end-to-end projects, including key campaigns and activations
• Support new product launches (NPD) from planning through to execution
• Work closely with sales and channel teams to bring brand strategy to life
• Manage agency and stakeholder relationships
• Execute sponsorships and events
• Use data and insights to optimise activity and improve performance
• Your Background & Experience
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or similar3+ years’ experience in marketing, trade, or channel roles (FMCG preferred)
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Commercial mindset with focus on performance and results
• Confident communicator, able to work across a range of stakeholders
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Liquor or FMCG experience
• Experience across both brand and channel marketing
