HR Manager

HR Manager – TipperaryThe HR Manager will play a key role in supporting a leading nutrition company with over 1000 employees, by delivering effective people management practices that align with business objectives, employee engagement, legal compliance, and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will partner closely with leaders across the organisation to build a high-performing workforce and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include managing employee relations matters, providing HR guidance to managers, overseeing recruitment and onboarding activities, supporting performance management and employee development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.

The role will also contribute to workforce planning, organisational development, succession planning, and change management projects.

The HR Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing HR policies and procedures, supporting compensation and benefits processes, analysing HR metrics, and driving continuous improvement across HR systems and processes.

In addition, the role will support food safety and operational compliance by ensuring employee training, competence, and staffing requirements meet regulatory and business standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field, possess a CIPD qualification (or equivalent), and have proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Management role. Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation, employee relations case management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills are essential for success in this position.
