Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities
The Manager People Services will be responsible for leading and governing the design, implementation and ongoing interpretation of people policies, ensuring Kāinga Ora remains compliant with employment legislation and collective agreements.
The role reports to the Chief People and Assurance Officer and will partner with senior executives and strategic business partners to provide trusted, senior level advice in all aspects of the role; including but not limited to: Industrial and employment relations, change consultations and business as usual activities.
Maintaining the People Services function as a credible, fair, and reliable partner for day-to-day employment matters is a critical part of this role. By delivering expert advisory services, clear organisational positions and robust frameworks, the position safeguards, and strengthens organisational integrity and risk management.
