About The Role

Most recruitment jobs are order-taking. This one isn't. You'll fire bullets, fail fast, go deep into the function you support, partner with leaders, and influence decisions that ripple across teams — because one great hire shifts the needle.

What We Can Promise You6-Week Launchpad.

An intensive onboarding program built on the principle of overprepare and win. You'll learn the craft properly — not just survive the role.

• Weeks 1–2 | Foundations
• Recruitment and sourcing fundamentals, ZURU's businesses, the global talent landscape

• Screening, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, offer and negotiation
