The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment process, building relationships with clients and candidates across the UAE and wider Middle East.

You'll be responsible for

• Developing new client relationships through business development
• Managing existing client accounts
• Recruiting senior hospitality and facilities management professionals
• Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Building a specialist market within your sector
• Working towards achievable monthly and annual revenue targets

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have

• Minimum 4 years' recruitment experience (360 preferred)
• A proven billing track record
• Strong business development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• A professional, ambitious and self-motivated approach
• A desire to relocate to Dubai and build a long-term career
