The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and enhancement of boutique operations in accordance with Van Cleef & Arpels and Richemont guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. As a member of the Boutique management team, the Operations manager actively participates and contributes to the overall team and the Boutique’s success.
As an Operations Manager, one must be a true leader in the boutique, sharing VCA values with the teams and acting as a true Ambassador of the Maison.

•Bachelor’s Degree and/or four to five years of working in management in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.
An Operations Manager must have excellent understanding of the luxury client experience, capacity to manage several projects simultaneously and in a timely manager and a strong understanding of Operations, Security and IT. The role requires prior management experience, strong computer skills, and strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Expected Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
