Pelleton Renewables is hiring a Business Operations Manager (60%-100%) in Singapore 🇸🇬We're a Swiss clean tech company with patented technology that turns biowaste into high-value energy pellets. Demo plant live in Brisbane. Commercial projects underway. 11 plants worldwide by 2030.

We're in execution mode — and we need someone who thrives there.

This is not a strategy role. Pure execution across:→ CEO support & project tracking→ Finance & administration→ Corporate governance→ HR operations→ Marketing & investor comms

What we're looking for

• ✔ 3–6 years in operations or a generalist startup role✔ High EQ, high follow-through, zero tolerance for things slipping silently✔ You build the process — you don't wait for one to exist✔ Fluent with AI tools in daily work📍 Singapore-based | Hybrid | 60–100% — flexible arrangement considered
