Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Engagement

• Promote and sell the company's residential and commercial development projects.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
• Conduct project presentations, property consultations, and client meetings.
• Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and business partners.

Customer Journey & Closing

• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to successful transaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding projects, payment plans, and investment benefits.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through professional service and timely follow-up.
• Negotiate and close deals while achieving sales targets.

Market Awareness & Reporting

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and project launches.

Requirements

• Previous experience in UAE real estate sales, preferably within developer or off-plan projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
