In this role, you will actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored commercial vehicle solutions that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships. What You Will Do

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing business profitability
• Identify and engage prospective customers while managing assigned accounts within your territory
• Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and build strong, lasting relationships
• Recommend suitable Hino truck models by aligning customer needs with product capabilities
• Deliver product demonstrations, including features, benefits, warranties, and services
• Prepare and process sales orders, secure deposits, and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales engagement
• Provide accurate sales reports and updates to management
• Ensure collections are within agreed targets and support healthy cash flow Required Skills to be Successful
