We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa & Recreation Attendant to join a prestigious 5-star luxury property in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort within luxury spa and recreational facilities.

Note: Hotel name and brand details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all spa and recreation facilities, including treatment rooms, locker areas, gym, and poolside areas
• Maintain a well-organized, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
• Regularly inspect facilities and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Replenish guest supplies, towels, and amenities as required
• Support the daily operations of the spa and recreation areas
• Provide professional and courteous guest service and assistance
• Assist in setting up and maintaining recreational areas and equipment
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant/Room Attendant, or in spa or recreational facility operations, is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and organization
• Basic communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a physically active role
• Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Work Schedule
