Job Summary

As a Wellness Attendant, you will demonstrate flexibility while rotating through varying roles and working environments throughout the SPA and wellness facility.

You will practice key communication skills in interacting with our guests and colleagues, while ensuring our policies and health & safety procedures are conscientiously adhered to.

As a Wellness Attendant, you will handle guest requests and comfort in the SPA, and possess a clear and concise communication style to be able to coordinate between the SPAreception, service providers and guests and assist the smooth flow of the journey. You will be required to perform detailed cleaning tasks and organization of all areas of the SPA as this is crucial to the overall operation of a 5-star facility.

About You

It is essential that you have previous experience working in a similar wellness environment, housekeeping, public area cleaning or other guest contact position, as is an interest in the spa, fitness and wellness industry. You must be confident and able to understand the sensitivity of the spa environment so as to maintain absolute discretion and privacy of guests at all times.

Impeccable personal presentation and grooming are essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class spa experience. Computer literacy is imperative, and fluency in English is a must.
