Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing automotive service business. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in sales and marketing who enjoys meeting people, building business relationships, and helping generate new customers.

This is primarily an offline sales and marketing role. We are not looking for digital marketing or social media marketing specialists.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and potential customers to introduce our automotive services.
• Build relationships with car rental companies, fleet operators, and local businesses.
• Distribute marketing materials and promote company offers.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
• Assist in preparing quotations and service proposals.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• 0–2 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in meeting customers and presenting services.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.

Salary

AED 1,500 – AED 2,500 per month + incentives (depending on experience)
