CRM & Customer Growth Manager - Londres / Dubaï

About ChabéChabé is Europe's leading employer of professional drivers (92% on permanent contracts). Founded in 1921, we provide luxury chauffeured transportation to corporations, institutions and high-net-worth individuals across 100+ countries. We are now actively launching our B2C offering.

The role

You build Chabé's CRM strategy from scratch — tools, segmentation, journeys — in a demanding, high-end and international context, with a clear focus on retaining, developing and maximising the lifetime value of our B2B and B2C clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define the CRM strategy: segmentation, scoring, client lifecycle management and journey automation
• Design and run retention, loyalty, upsell and cross-sell campaigns across B2B and B2C segments
• Build and optimise lead nurturing and re-engagement sequences
• Analyse client behaviour and continuously optimise conversion and retention rates
• Own CRM tooling and coordinate with tech teams on integrations and data flows

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in CRM and marketing automation in a premium, high-end and international B2B and/or B2C environment
• Proficiency in one or more CRM/automation platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, Klaviyo or equivalent
• Technically confident, autonomous and resourceful — able to select, configure and operate CRM tools independently in a build-from-scratch context.
• Analytical, action-oriented and results-driven
• Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken)
