A Successful Executive Assistant Will

• Sometimes be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Be energetic, positive, kind and happy. We like to have fun at work!
• Organize paperwork, file documents, manage Google Calendar and work in many apps Google apps and create documents and processes to help us be better!
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients at our small business
• Assist company president in various projects to help the company succeed!
• You will do lots of different things to help the center grow. Never a boring day here at Fastsigns!

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Executive Assistant

• Able to work Part Time Monday-Friday. Schedule is flexible. Could work in to full time if that is desirable.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

As a executive assistant to the president of Fastsigns Kent, you will work with her to serve customers, organize documents and processes, assist the sales team with various projects and help grow the business and get projects over the finish line! You may manage the presidents projects while she is on surveys, consultations and out of the office.

This could possibly become a full time position if you have the aptitude, attitude and desire to grow in that direction!

The sign industry is ever changing and dynamic. All you have to do is look all around and youll see there are signs of all types everywhere. You will never be bored working in the sign industry as even the smallest of jobs up to very large projects are unique and highly customized.
