You will sit beside the Founder of INFLXD, a fast-growing AI-augmented services company serving unicorns, global enterprise clients, and billion-dollar data platforms.

Your job is simple: Turn intent into outcomes.A conversation becomes a decision. A decision becomes an owner.

An owner gets a deadline. The deadline gets followed up.

The work gets done.

You will be in meetings, on calls, at dinners, on the road, and inside the operating rhythm of the company. You will use AI heavily to move faster than a normal operator can.

If an EA protects the calendar, you protect the Founder’s leverage.

The TradeWhat you give:

Full focus. This is a 6-day-a-week role, based primarily in person in Singapore. Remote and hybrid flexibility exists when the work allows, but this is not a remote-first role.

Speed. The work does not stop on Friday because important things do not always wait for Monday.

Ego. You will get direct feedback often. You will be expected to act on it fast.

Range. In one week, you may prep board materials, run a leadership offsite, close a cross-functional project, fix a broken process, and host a client dinner.

What You Will Own1. The Founder’s operating systemYou run the cadence: daily check-ins, weekly reviews, monthly board prep, decision logs, follow-ups, and meeting discipline.

Every meeting has a purpose. Every decision has an owner. Every owner has a deadline.

You protect the Founder’s time, manage comms across email, Slack, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Telegram, and make sure signal beats noise.

You also own travel, events, hosting, dinners, offsites, and the details that make high-stakes weeks actually work.2. The projects no one else ownsYou take the messy, important work that cuts across teams and drive it to done.

New GTM motion. Hiring sprint. Vendor consolidation. Compliance push. Internal operating system. Founder’s Office infrastructure.

You turn loose ideas into one-page plans with owners, deadlines, dependencies, and blockers.

Then you follow up until the work closes.3. AI-native executionYou use AI every day to draft, summarize, research, plan, automate, and ship.

You should already be using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Granola, Cursor, or Claude Code in real work.

You do not wait for someone technical to build the workflow. You figure it out.

Strong Candidates Usually Fit One of Two ProfilesThe senior operator: You have worked beside a Founder, CEO, MD, partner, or C-level executive. You have run complex work, handled sensitive information, and want a real operating seat.

The builder: You have worked in startups, consulting, tech, ops, or as a founder yourself. You want to learn how a fast-growing company is built by sitting next to the person building it.

Either way, you are the person people call when something needs to get figured out.

Evidence We Look ForAt least 3 of these should describe you:

You have supported a Founder, CEO, MD, or senior executive directly.

You have owned a cross-functional project from start to finish.

You have built systems, documentation, or operating infrastructure people used daily.

You have managed work across multiple time zones.

You use AI tools daily, not occasionally.

You have built something real with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.

You have worked in a fast-growing company.

You have handled sensitive information without incident.

You have written external communications under someone else’s name.

You have been a founder or operator and want to work directly with one.

Your tech skills stop at Microsoft Office.
