Chief Investment Officer (Renewable Energy)A renewable energy platform is seeking a Chief Investment Officer to lead regional investment strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio value creation. This executive role partners closely with the CEO, Board, and sponsors to drive acquisitions, optimise asset performance, and scale the platform across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investment strategy and capital allocation across greenfield, brownfield, and platform acquisitions
• Drive end to end M&A including origination, modelling, due diligence, structuring, and execution
• Oversee portfolio performance, asset level returns, and post acquisition integration
• Support equity and debt fundraising and manage relationships with sponsors, lenders, and co investors
• Establish disciplined investment governance, underwriting standards, and risk frameworks
• Build and lead a high performing regional investment team

Key Requirements

• 12 to 18 years of experience in renewable energy or private equity backed platforms
• Deep understanding of project finance, capital structuring, and regional regulatory frameworks
• Experience operating in sponsor backed or cross border environments
• Strategic, commercially driven leader with strong stakeholder management skills
