Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and set the overall vision and direction of the company.
• Drive business growth through innovation, market expansion, and service excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the senior management team to deliver high performance.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold corporate governance standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 10+ years’ leadership experience, with a proven track record in scaling and managing a professional services or corporate services firm.
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Deep understanding of the Singapore business landscape and regulatory environment.
